## Job description

岗位职责

### 三会日常运转
- 协助董事会、监事会及股东大会的日常事务管理，确保公司治理结构规范运行。具体工作涵盖组织筹备“三会”会议，起草、审核相关议案及文件，监督决议执行情况，协调沟通各方关系，推动公司治理制度建设与优化。

### 监管关系
- 定期报送监管要求的各项文件材料，关注监管政策变化，确保公司治理合规，提升治理效能，打造行业治理标杆。

### 股东关系
- 维护股东关系，按照股东需求提供相关材料。

### 董监事关系
- 与外部董监事保持良好沟通 ，服务外部董监事，塑造专业形象。

### 其他
- 领导要求的其他事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，法学类、金融类、管理学类等相关专业；
- 具有3年及以上保险公司董办/公司治理工作经验；
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力；
- 具备优秀的公文写作能力，能熟练撰写公司治理相关报告，确保文字准确、条理清晰；
- 具备良好的团队合作能力，工作认真、细致，具有强烈的责任心；
- 沟通能力强，能妥善处理各方关系及事务。
