## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责人力资源预算管理制度的制定，统筹人力预算编制，人力预算日常执行和监控，进行人力成本的分析和整合
- 参与薪酬方案的设计和宣导，进行市场调研；
- 设计公司人力投产分析与报告体系，并年度进行检视优化；定期出具公司及事业部人力投产分析报告
- 协同完成公司组织架构和岗位设置的评估和落地工作 任职资格 1、2年薪酬成本管理工作经验，有咨询管理工作经历优先 2、具备系统的人力资源管理知识，熟练运用掌握薪酬设计的理念和方法，具备较强的数据统计分析能力 3、具备较强的学习能力、系统思考规划能力和沟通协调能力
