## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动分公司全面风险管理体系建设，完善风险管理制度；
- 负责分公司操作风险数据收集和报送及内控评价；
- 统筹推动分公司反洗钱工作；
- 推动分公司合规文化建设；
- 协助部门负责人处理行政管理事宜；
- 领导交办的其他事宜。 任职资格 任职资格 1.全日制本科及以上学历，法律、金融、保险等相关专业优先； 2.2年及以上风险管理、法律合规、反洗钱等工作经验； 3.熟悉保险公司业务流程，具有较强的公文写作、沟通协调能力。
