## Job description

岗位职责 1．协助销售总监进行渠道经营管理及业务推动； 2．协助销售总监完善渠道各项流程，推进业务发展。包括市场同业调研与应对、对外拓展、高层维护、资源整合、非车推动、车商痛点挖掘与解决、客户服务等； 3．四个线上化推动（队伍线上化、客户线上化、销售线上化、培训线上化）； 4．服务体系搭建、洽谈、新车线索引流； 5．对业务部所辖网点的续保、客户服务制定拓展策略；监控异常，对问题网点直接谈判攻关。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年工作经验，
