## Job description

岗位职责 1.1、个人代理人业务营销、组训管理，增员促活推动； 2、线上营销方案策划推广； 3、线上服务平台维护管理； 4、个人代理人荣誉体系运营； 5、相关个代及营销团队的发展规划及报告撰写； 6、领导交办的其他工作。 2.7、追踪督导区域内KPI 指标达成情况，负责人力、保费、开单率等营销类指标追踪，举措落地执行； 8、营销推动：负责创保人力发展、业务推动和产品推动，营销活动的拟定、宣导、推动和评估； 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力
