## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助咨询中心总监进行日常工作的管理，及配合团队做好后台支持工作；
- 各类业务报表制作及发送；
- 中心人事管理工作；
- 中心日常运营工作（办公用品领用、复印等） 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年咨询支持岗工作经验，22-30岁以下，
- 担任公司事务、员工沟通、员工关系、会计，
- 熟悉办公软件-Office软件-EXCEL、共同资源类技能-行政管理-危机公关、共同资源类技能-行政管理-行政接待管理、共同资源类技能-行政管理-会议会务管理、共同资源类技能-人力资源-人事档案管理、共同资源类技能-人力资源-员工关怀、共同资源类技能-人力资源-考勤管理，
- 具备沟通协作、规划策划、领悟融会、动手实战的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、抗压耐力、专注聚焦的性格。
