## Job description

岗位职责

### 语义拉齐
- 处理多源异构数据，解决不同文档间的术语不一致问题。
- 负责RAG（检索增强生成）流程中的切片（Chunking）策略优化。

### 找到关联
- 构建运维实体间的初步关联关系。 任职资格
- 熟悉Elasticsearch、Milvus/Faiss等向量数据库。
- 有ETL开发经验，熟悉Spark/Flink等大数据工具。
- 了解知识图谱（Neo4j）的基本查询与构建。
