## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司旅行社业务的产品规划及设计，包括旅游线路规划、旅行产品组合、特色主题旅行产品的开发等；
- 研究市场趋势和消费者需求，设计符合目标客户群的创新旅行产品；
- 根据季节性变化和市场反馈，及时优化、调整和升级旅行产品组合；
- 负责与供应商（如景点、酒店、交通等）沟通，建立和维护良好的合作关系；
- 协调公司内部资源，推进旅游产品落地并确保高质量交付；
- 收集市场及竞争对手信息，提出改进建议并保持产品竞争力；
- 负责撰写产品宣传文案，为市场推广及销售团队提供支持；
- 持续关注行业发展动态，发掘新兴旅游目的地和新型旅游方式。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，旅游管理、市场营销、经济类等相关专业优先； 2. 5年以上旅游行业经验，熟悉国内外主要旅行市场，具有旅行产品策划及线路规划经验； 3. 对目标消费群体有深刻洞察，并能够设计出符合其需求的创新产品； 4. 具备较强的市场分析能力，熟悉行业动态及旅游产品开发流程； 5. 有较强的商务谈判能力及供应链管理经验，能够有效整合资源； 6. 具备优秀的项目管理能力和跨部门协调能力； 7. 创新思维强，能够捕捉市场热点并转化为盈利产品； 8. 有成功案例者优先，有国际旅行社工作背景者优先； 9. 热爱旅游事业，责任心强，能适应高效快节奏的工作环境
