- 辅助咨询中心总监、营业部经理管理咨询队伍
- 营造咨询中心积极争先的良好气氛
- 管理咨询顾问/团队主管素质，制定咨询顾问/团队主管培训计划
- 执行公司各项规章制度，负责中心的合规工作
- 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历 2. 2年以上金融从业经历，其中1年以上组训经验者优先
