## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责要求
- 负责团体直销业务的拓展与管理，完成年度销售目标；
- 开发并维护企业客户资源，挖掘客户需求，定制团体健康保险+医健解决方案；
- 跟进业务全流程，包括客户洽谈、方案设计、报价、签约及后续服务支持；
- 收集市场信息，研判竞品布局与策略，为公司产品与服务优化提供建议。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，保险、金融、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上保险行业销售经验，具备团体保险或企业客户资源者优先； 3、 熟悉保险产品及业务流程，具备较强的市场开拓和商务谈判能力； 4、具备健康险或企业福利领域销售经验者优先。
