## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司法人客户中员工个人保险需求的服务与跟进；
- 在已经合作的企业支持下，为该企业员工提供一对一的沟通服务及金融产品咨询、购买及服务；
- 通过线下的统一策划、组织与宣讲，配合线上的群经营、群活动实现客户转化；
- 长期跟踪已有客户，提供保险、金融理财、健康管理等多元服务； 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历；
- 有良好的沟通能力和亲和力，有较强的团队合作意识；
- 勤奋、有责任心、积极进取、学习能力强
- 有良好社会关系及销售经验者优先考虑；
