## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 负责芜湖分行对公司业务团队营销管理等相关工作；
- 指导团队客户经理进行营销工作和市场开拓，完成分行下达的各项经营指标；
- 严控本团队各项风险指标，防范信贷风险。

### 任职资格 任职资格

1、学历：本科及以上，金融、经济、会计等相关专业优先；2、工作经验：五年以上银行对公业务从业经验且有一年以上团队管理经验； 3、市场拓展、业务营销、组织领导、沟通协调能力强。
