## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责收、发文，政令传达及文件档案的管理与维护；
- 负责各种印章、证照的管理，职场管理，设施维护；
- 负责会务组织、接待工作；
- 负责员工招聘、员工关系管理；
- 负责资产管理、简单软硬件维护或协调、系统需求收集；
- 协调与税务、工商、保监局、外管局等部门的关系；
- 负责单证、资金、资产及应收管理等财务工作；
- 领导交办的其它工作； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 专业不限；
- 有较好的学习领悟力；
- 吃苦耐劳，有一定抗压能力；
- 有一定的写作能力，熟练操作办公软件；
- 有团队意识，积极进取。
