## Job description

岗位职责
- 撰写公司整体规划报告、经营分析报告、重点项目追踪报告等，并提出改进建议，助力集团及公司管理层的经营决策
- 参与公司层面业绩目标制定及追踪管理；负责所对接业务线的经营规划、业绩KPI制定、定期追踪检视，以及业绩考核工作
- 与业务方深度联动，下钻分析业务经营问题，寻找关键抓手，并推动业务举措落地
- 参与推动公司创新项目落地与变革管理 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验
- 过往具备战略规划/商业分析/经营分析/行业研究等相关经验，四大做战略咨询、或埃森哲做tier 2的咨询公司等，互联网行业背景优先
- 具有优秀的报告撰写、结构化分析、逻辑思考能力
- 具有出色的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
