## Job description

岗位职责

### 经营业绩
- 对所负责渠道的业绩达成和考核指标负责；

### 日常工作
- 协助进行产品宣导培训，销售技能类培训，协助合作方操作流程的规划和优化，协助合作方客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等；

### 渠道开拓和维护
- 负责进行渠道开拓和维护；

### 业务推动
- 协助进行营销方案宣导，激励兑现及执行情况通报等，针对渠道的相关费用结算、成功件数清单反馈、核对沟通等；
- 向渠道经理（MP）（或分管渠道业务的负责人）汇报所辖区域的相关事项。
- 完成公司安排的其他相关事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；金融类专业学习经验；
- 有营销经验的优先；
- 特别优秀或有内部工作经验者，可放宽至大专学历；
- 语言表达能力较好，具有较强的协调公关能力和分析问题解决问题的能力。
