## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责机构银保渠道业务开拓，进行产品宣导和业务推广；
- 负责渠道的日常维护、业绩追踪、经营分析，推动达成业务指标；
- 负责渠道的政策传达、问题解答及各事项处理；
- 完成公司所下达KPI目标及领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历、金融、保险、医学类专业优先；
- 具备2年以上银保渠道销售经验及银行渠道资源；
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力，结果导向。
