## Job description

岗位职责
- 产品、推动、销售赋能，客户经营陪伴；
- 从服务支持转向赋能一线RM，全面提升队伍产能；
- 强化过程活动量要求，从被动响应到主动培训、陪练 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 金融/销售/客服从业经验1年及以上，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；
- 亲和力和责任心强，有服务意识和销售特质；
- 遵纪守法，无不良从业记录，合规意识强。
