## Job description

岗位职责
- 按照我行合规、服务管理及消费者权益保护工作的要求，积极做好到店客户服务接待与业务受理；
- 积极参与厅堂服务工作，通过服务满足客户不同的金融需求；
- 向客户销售投资理财类产品及保险保障产品、推荐信用卡、贷款产品，不断提升客户在我行的总资产，促进客户升级；
- 严格执行国家法律法规、监管政策、会计核算政策以及行内各项规章制度和业务流程，正确处理各类会计事项，严禁违规、逆流程和越权办理业务；
- 积极参加运营/服务/销售等培训及考试，提高业务素质和业务处理综合能力；
- 为支行管理提供合理化建议，提升支行各项业务品质； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 须持有基金从业资格；金融/销售/客服从业经验2年及以上，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；
- 熟悉使用电脑及办公软件，良好的语言表达能力；
- 行为举止得体大方，亲和力强；有服务意识和销售特质，责任心强，积极认真，抗压力强；思维敏捷，沟通有说服力，目标导向；
- 具有较强的合规意识及消费者权益保护理念。
