## Job description

岗位职责
- 在总公司制度下搭建员工关系管理体系，规避用工风险；有效推进员工关怀，关注员工权益，营造和谐用工环境
- 负责公司全年招聘计划的实施与跟进，合理规划招聘进度，制定年度招聘方案，优化招聘流程，提高招聘效率，确保公司增员有序进行
- 负责员工入职、异动、离职、合同、试用期等日常员工关系管理，劳动合同管理，出入境管理，考勤工作管理 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，经济类、管理类专业优先，一本院校优先
- 有一定学习领悟能力，善于沟通，具有较强的责任心及洞察力
- 逻辑性强，具备主动思考，解决问题的能力
