## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对公业务开拓和客户维护，积极进行市场开拓、达成销售任务，维护客户关系、提升客户粘度；
- 负责了解客户需求及动态，参与产品开发、服务定制和交叉营销，提供金融解决方案和服务；
- 负责收集、整理客户资料，认真履行各项授信业务贷前调查、报审、提用及贷后管理工作，防风工作风险；
- 遵守合规、风险制度管理要求，完成团队交办的其他工作等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有大数据分析、数学、行业/产业背景的人才优先；
- 具有2年以上银行相关工作经历，熟悉银行公司业务产品及流程；
- 具备较强的市场营销能力，熟悉当地市场，拥有一定的市场资源者优先；
- 遵纪守法，诚实守信，勤奋务实，具有良好的沟通能力和抗压能力；
- 职业操守良好，风险合规意识强，无违法及金融违规处罚记录。
