## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责当地区域客户拓展与维护，与客户建立紧密的联系，打造公司在区域内的影响力，并辐射周边；
- 负责深度挖掘客户各类融资需求，协同产品团队为客户提供综合解决方案，参与产品方案策划和可行性分析等；
- 维护核心客户，负责与客户保持良性沟通，增强客户粘性，随时掌握客户需求并给予解决。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、财务、法律、市场营销等相关专业，具备证券从业资格;
- 具备投行项目资源和市场开发能力，有一定商务谈判技巧和项目筛选能力；
- 从事投行、类投行工作2年以上，过往有成功承揽项目优先。
