## Job description

岗位职责
- 擁有商業、金融或相關領域的學士學位;
- 具有客戶體驗管理經驗，最好有數字銀行環境對口的經驗;
- 具備強大的分析能力，能夠解讀數據並做出數據驅動的決策;
- 出色的溝通和人際交往能力;
- 熟悉數字銀行趨勢和客戶體驗管理。 任职资格
- 分析客戶反饋和使用數據，以識別我們的應用程式和數字服務中需要改進的領域;
- 與產品開發和設計團隊合作，創建增強客戶滿意度的功能;
- 制定並實施通過數位管道提高客戶參與度和留存率的策略；
- 熟悉銀行零售客戶體驗等工作內容，熟悉市場和客戶需求;
- 在內部討論中作為客戶的聲音，倡導他們的需求和偏好。
