## Job description

岗位职责

### 政府事务能力
- 江苏政府（如：省商务厅、贸促会）积极推动企业出海，常有配套支持政策。候选人应具备与相关机构对接、利用政策红利的能力。
- 具备海外渠道体系建设和管理能力，能快速搭建代理、经纪、合作伙伴网络
- 熟悉国际保险条款和当地市场监管要求，能确保业务合规性
- 战略规划和执行能力，能制定并实施海外市场进入策略
- 风险识别和管控能力，能评估国际业务中的各种风险并制定应对措施 任职资格
- 拥有服务江苏或长三角企业出海的实际经验，能快速与本地企业、政府商协会建立信任。优先考虑在光伏新能源、跨境电商、工程承包等某一江苏优势产业有深耕经验的候选人，其现成的客户资源和行业知识能加速业务破局

### 语言能力
- 英语流利是基础。若主攻市场为东南亚，马来语、泰语或越南语

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，保险、金融、国际商务或相关专业优先考虑 行业经验：10年以上财产保险行业经验，其中至少5年在国际业务或海外市场担任管理职务
