## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助财富管理部做好业务团队管理；
- 制定财富团队的保险发展规划及推动计划；
- 负责队伍组建、培养和管理，合规经营；组织团队成员建立、维护和管理所属客户及潜在客户关系。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年及以上金融行业营销经验，3年及以上团队管理经验，过往业绩表现优秀、有大型企业销售团队管理经验优先； 3、具有丰富的营销管理经验，熟悉营销流程、银行产品和保险产品；具有较强的营销规划能力，持有AFP/CFP理财专业证书、国际保险专业证照优先； 4、认同公司文化，积极进取，优秀的沟通影响和团队管理能力；无不良从业记录，责任心和合规意识强。
