## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分行高端装备制造产业对公业务整体规划、团队搭建、业务攻坚、指标达成，打造分行装备制造特色行业赛道。
- 主导对接区域规上龙头装备企业、专精特新、小巨人、上市公司，统筹重大授信项目、技改项目、产业基金、投贷联动业务落地。
- 统筹上下游供应链金融、批量获客、园区批量拓客，建立分行高端装备制造行业标杆客户与标杆案例。
- 带领行业客户经理团队，制定拓客策略、项目复盘、业务赋能、过程管理，提升团队产能与行业专业度。
- 统筹行业客群风险把控，优化客户结构，严控不良及潜在风险，保障条线业务高质量发展。
- 上级交办的其他各项工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历。 2.5 年及以上银行对公工作经验，3 年以上制造业行业团队管理或行业攻坚经验，熟悉高端装备制造产业金融业务模式。 3.具备龙头企业、上市公司、专精特新企业深度经营经验，可独立统筹重大对公项目落地，具备行业整体打法思维。 4.拥有苏州本地装备制造企业、产业园区、政府平台、产业链核心资源者优先。 5.具备团队带教、业务统筹、目标拆解、过程管控能力，能带队伍、打指标、出成果。 6.具备较强商务谈判、顶层方案设计、跨部门协同能力，合规底线意识强。
