## Job description

岗位职责
- 核实事故真实性，勘定事故损失，风险案件调查走访；
- 对各险种案件进行未决追踪管理、受理咨询、调解协谈、撰写协谈报告等；
- 协助客户处理事故善后，引导客户填写及收集理赔资料；
- 简易人伤案件现场处理；
- 完成本部门安排的其他任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、保险、法律、工程、数统等相关专业优先；
- 具有良好沟通协调能力，思路清晰、负责高效。有较强的抗压能力、执行能力；
- 工作积极主动、有耐心，能承受较大的工作压力；
- 拥有C1及以上机动车驾驶证。
