## Job description

岗位职责
- 基于投融资风险管控全流程，识别数字化重点场景，设计相应数字化手段和工具（包括数据挖掘、规则模型、数理模型、AI技术等）；
- 在输出高质量方案的基础上，协调上下游团队，开展数据分析和挖掘，推动相关数字化工具落地，确保上线质量；
- 基于数据分析与数据挖掘结果，协同风险监控团队识别异常、发现问题、归因分析、预测影响，制定管理策略，实现早风险、早报告；
- 负责协调业务团队与科技开发团队，搭建集团投融资风险管理系统；
- 负责完成上级交办的其他工作等。 任职资格
- 硕士以上学历，计算机、数学、统计、等专业者优先；
- 对数据敏感，熟悉IT、数据和业务，具备5年及以上金融机构信用风险管理领域的数据挖掘、数据分析、模型建设等工作经验；
- 熟悉投融资业务流程，对信用风险管理具有深刻认知，对金融市场及行业趋势变化有较强的感知力；
- 能熟练使用SQL、HIVE、SAS、Python或R等至少一种语言进行数据分析和建模；
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力，较强的逻辑思维能力和报告能力；
- 具有风控系统设计及实施经验。
