## Job description

岗位职责
- 组织、设计、实施项目B2C营销方案
- 做好个人营销推动及圈层经营，有效实现客户转化
- 做好客户服务工作，协助客户办理投保、理赔、保全等工作，维护良好客户关系
- 做好私域（线上社群等）经营，通过内容、活动策划并实施，实现社群等线上客户活跃及有效运营
- 做好私域线上互动答疑，持续服务客户需求
- 做好线上引流及促成服务，提升项目转化率
- 完成公司交办的各项工作 任职资格
- 年龄20-50周岁，身体及心理健康，品行端正，无违法行为记录
- 全日制大专及以上学历
- 积极进取、热爱销售工作，具备较强的责任心、团队配合和学习能力
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和客户公关能力
- 具有个险或其他金融产品销售经验
- 具有微信运营及营销能力
