## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责日常招聘工作开展，协同业务部门进行人员储备，推动校招项目；
- 负责人员入职、转正、异动、离职等流程顺畅，相应维护PS系统岗位及职务数据；
- 负责考勤管理，包括考勤日常咨询、异常通报提醒、考勤检视、休假管理、加班管理 ；
- 负责各类证明材料办理咨询与管理，负责出入境、外事管理及外籍员工管理 ；
- 协助制定管培生培养方案，并推动方案落地；
- 领导交办的其它工作 。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有相关工作经验优先；
- 熟悉海报、视频制作；
- 具有较强的数据分析能力、沟通能力者优先。
