## Job description

岗位职责

### 一、岗位职责
- 协同商务团队推进商务资源落地，搭建高效的跨部门协作机制，确保合作项目顺利推进。
- 负责渠道产品需求落地，根据需求对标健康险市场及竞品深度调研，基于渠道需求与调研结果设计产品形态，明确产品核心功能、保障责任。
- 推动产品上线全流程管理，协调研发、风控、合规等部门，确保产品按时、按质上架。
- 负责产品上架后的运营优化，包括用户反馈收集、数据监测分析、迭代方案制定，提升产品竞争力及用户满意度。
- 对产品保费规模、用户转化率等核心指标负责，制定并执行针对性的运营策略，达成业务目标。 任职资格

### 二、任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、保险学、互联网运营等相关专业优先。 2. 2年以上互联网产品运营或健康险行业相关工作经验，熟悉健康险产品设计、上架流程及运营逻辑者优先。 3. 具备扎实的市场调研能力，能精准捕捉行业动态和用户需求，擅长输出可落地的产品方案。 4. 拥有良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和项目推进能力，能有效应对复杂项目中的各类问题。 5. 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、SQL等工具，能通过数据驱动产品优化。 6. 目标导向，抗压能力强，对健康险行业有浓厚兴趣，具备敏锐的商业洞察力。
