## Job description

岗位职责

### 负责华东地区资产处置全过程管理中法律及诉讼管理及支持配合工作，包括但不限于
- 方案、尽调、交易、合同、谈判、交割、风控等；
- 能够独立处理相关诉讼案件；
- 对重大决策、重要业务活动进行法律风险评估，提供法律意见和建议； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，法学相关专业；
- 已通过国家司法考试，持证（A证）；
- 具备3-5年以上地产行业资产处置/盘活等相关法律工作经验，头部地产公司经验优先；

### 岗位工作地
- 上海，可接受出差 。
