## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责个人渠道拓展、培训、激励方案宣导，追踪负责业绩指标品质；
- 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通；
- 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护；
- 协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年外部渠道专员工作经验， 2.熟悉营销与销售技能-渠道管理-渠道维护，
