## Job description

岗位职责
- 销售业绩数据的统计分析和报告，市场销售策略的制定；
- 渠道业务发展状况分析与政策建议；
- 总部各项激励方案的配套案的推动、追踪及实施；
- 复杂类产品/大项目支持（如方案及标书制作、缴费测算、陪同业务员展业等）； 组织进行产品宣讲、渠道政策解读、产品销售技巧等培训。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，研究生优先，欢迎应届硕士生；
- 数学、金融、保险、医学等专业优先；
- 具备较好的数据分析能力和报告写作能力，问题分析能力良好；
- 性格外向，细心，耐心，具备一定的抗压能力。
