## Job description

岗位职责
- 分析和研究公司金融市场，挖掘和拓展客户，为客户提供系统金融服务方案；
- 达成目标任务，完成经营管理各项工作；
- 严格执行业务流程和管理办法，控制操作风险，确保授信业务资产质量，符合相关政策、法规。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，双证齐全，年龄35周岁及以下，业绩优异者可适当放宽条件； 2、2年及以上银行公司业务营销经验，熟悉公司、零售等金融产品业务及信贷流程，具备较强的市场敏感度、市场开拓能力； 3、具备良好的沟通能力和抗压能力，积极进取、主动学习提升； 4、无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
