## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责线上C端B端的流量运营，制定流量目标及计划，并分解运营策略及执行；
- 基于公司的业务方向，制定汽车生态用户的增长及转化策略，并对线上运营生态指标、GMV指标进行负责。
- 跟踪公司级重点项目的进展，并通过对业务、运营、产品的任务跟进落地执行，协调跨组织协同，推动整体业务的响应及配合。 任职资格

### 学历背景
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业技能
- 有互联网线上线下运营经验者优先；有汽后市场相关工作经验者优先；

### 资质经验
- 具备较强规划能力，数据分析能力，逻辑思维清晰，有创新意识;

### 个人素质
- 有较好的协调沟通能力，能独立推进项目，抗压能力强、积极心态。
