## Job description

岗位职责
- 作为分公司团体政农总，负责制定分公司农险、政保业务发展目标，协助分公司一把手/团体总开展政农业，对分公司业务经营过程及经营结果负责；
- 根据总公司政农保险业务发展战略规划，推动公司政农保险业务经营规划方案落地；
- 负责分公司农险及政保业务品质的管控、制度化建设推动，并根据职能定位不断优化管理流程；
- 负责与省级政府业务主管和监管部门的对接和联结工作，推动农村综合金融体系搭建。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限，具有多年金融、保险业或政府从业经历；
- 具备当地丰富的政保、农险领域资源，有过大型政农业务项目的优先；
- 熟悉本地保险市场，掌握三农政策，对农险业务市场熟悉，具备宏观分析能力和产业研究能力；
- 了解政保业务推动和经营模式，具备一定团队管理经验。
