## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责渠道车险经营策略落地执行，包括家、商用车业务推动；
- 负责渠道车险相关方案制定、系统配置支持；
- 根据渠道车险M+N数据分析，及时发现问题并协助解决；
- 组织车险产品知识、业务实操培训，日常解决车险相关问题和需求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有一定的数据分析能力；
- 具有较强的销售能力，有业务推动运营经验者优先；
- 具有一定的沟通、管理能力。
