## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与大模型预训练、指令微调、对齐（Alignment）、RLHF/RLAIF、模型蒸馏、MoE等核心技术研发；
- 负责大模型在实际业务场景中的落地，如智能客服、内容生成、代码生成、RAG系统、Agent系统等；

### 负责构建基于大模型的实际应用系统，包括但不限于
- （1）设计和实现检索增强生成（RAG）系统，提升模型事实准确性； （2）开发具备规划、工具调用、反思能力的智能Agent系统； （3）构建面向特定领域的垂直大模型应用，如医疗、金融、教育等； （4）实现大模型与业务系统的集成，支持高并发、低延迟的线上服务；
- 参与大模型应用层的评估体系建设，涵盖功能性、安全性、合规性、可控性等维度；
- 与产品、前端、后端团队协作，推动大模型功能端到端落地，持续优化用户体验。 任职资格

### 学历背景
- 计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先；

### 经验要求
- 3年以上深度学习相关工作经验，2年以上大模型项目实战经验；

### 技术能力
- （1）精通 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow，熟悉 Hugging Face Transformers、DeepSpeed、vLLM、llama.cpp 等主流框架； （2）熟悉 LLM 的训练流程，包括数据预处理、预训练、SFT、LoRA/P-tuning等高效微调方法； （3）熟悉 RAG 和 Agent 框架（如 LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGPT、ReAct）及其底层机制； （4）具备构建多轮对话、上下文管理、外部工具调用（Tool Use）、skills等模块的经验； （5）熟悉 FastAPI、GRPC、Flask 等服务框架，具备模型服务化（Model as a Service）经验；

### 工程能力
- 熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的编码习惯，熟悉 Linux 开发环境，熟悉 Docker、Kubernetes 者优先；

### 论文与开源贡献
- 在 NeurIP
