## Job description

岗位职责 （一） 追踪组内人员绩效成绩，进行现场管理； （二） 执行客服中心、部的催收计划及策略，追踪、指导、 激励团队达成KPI 目标； （三） 负责招聘、管理、辅导、考核客服； （四） 落实公司政策制度，对管辖组合规工作负主要责任， 对各类风险持高度敏感性，做好风险防范措施； （五） 完成公司要求的其他工作事项。 任职资格 （一） 专科及以上学历； （二） 2 年以上相关从业经历，1 年以上贷后工作经验； （三） 抗压能力强，具备发现问题、解决问题的能力； （四） 签订声明书，品行端正，无不良行为记录； （五） 公司规定的其他素质。
