## Job description

岗位职责
- 配合产品及业务节奏推动销售支持推动案，落实客开大型季度活动运作目标客户名单；
- 促进客户投保，重构VIP服务体系，推动老客/vip加保推动展业工具及销售方法在队伍中使用；
- 提升转化效率推动新用户流入、转介绍获新及客户转化配合总部开展创新转化场景探索；
- 协助总部完成优秀案例开发公司交办其他客户条线工作推动 任职资格 1..具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神; 2.能够独立策划并执行互动营销活动; 3.具备良好的数据分析能力，能够根据数据优化营销策略;
