## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据总部渠道发展策略，制定二级机构渠道发展策略，维护渠道合作关系；
- 与各省行共同制定业务推动规划、营销方案等，开展业务达成追踪；
- 制定本机构网点经营发展策略；
- 根据总部要求，借助总部提供网点管理方法与工具，统筹开展二级机构网点管理相关工作，提升标准化网点数量；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备5年及以上银行或保险行业工作经验，3年及以上银行或保险行业管理经验；
- 熟悉寿险业务（尤其是银保业务）、掌握银行管理、营销理论及公关相关能力；
- 逻辑性强、沟通协调能力强、有亲和力、执行力强。
