## Job description

岗位职责
- 市场同业核保政策与费用政策调研，主要竞争对手策略分析；
- 根据经营节奏、市场变化特点，制定各业务板块定价方案；
- 根据市场需要制定具体的销售费用投放策略；
- 协助所负责的三级机构制订车险业务发展相关政策、规定，并对车险核保定价政策规划、制定、跟踪 及效果检视；每月进行费用结算；
- 车险核保管理和风险查勘政策研究，制定查勘范围；
- 车险承保系统的测试、维护、运营，解决日常工作中系统运行方面的各种问题；
- 编制销售队伍培训材料，并组织产品相关培训，以及提供对客户培训服务；对销售队伍提供现场咨询服务和技术支持；
- 领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 年龄35岁以下；
- 数学、统计、计算机等相关专业的优先；
