## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司整体KPI目标，制定季度、月度整体营销计划及阶段性目标；定期检视分析公司销售目标达成情况，主动发现问题，推动变革
- 通过搭建、优化销售队伍荣誉体系，表彰体系，制定营销活动方案，激励方案，搭建数据化经营管理体系，进一步推动队伍整体发展及业绩目标达成
- 定期追踪并检视公司各营销方案的实施效果，推动业务目标整体达成和重点经营项目落地 任职资格 1.本科学历，经济学、管理学等相关专业 2.8-15年保险行业销售推动、营销企划管理经验优先，有寿险前线营业区区经理经验优先
