## Job description

岗位职责
- 配合业务部门开拓补充医疗业务，协调供应商提供方案设计，支持重大项目及招投标项目的活化方案支持；
- 协助商户开拓及合作协议签署，完成健康直付权益的配送与分发，配合产品说明会及权益激活；
- 通过活化活动及促销宣传，促进健康直付权益消费，定期反馈客户消费及理赔状况；
- 负责现场收单、接受客户咨询、入企活动和商户巡检等工作；
- 维护客户关系，解决权益使用问题，确保客户满意度，及时反馈客户需求与信息；
- 协调商户日常运营，确保商户系统可用、培训到位、结算及时、经营合规；
- 完成公司交办的其他任务。

### 任职资格 1、学历要求

本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上相关工作经验，具备医疗健康相关背景优先； 3、具备较强的销售能力、服务意识、项目管理能力、沟通协同能力、人际理解能力； 4、性格外向，积极主动，情商高，目标感强。
