- 负责渠道基本法修订及管理工作；
- 负责公司人才梯队建设及管理；
- 负责机构人力及预算管理；
- 负责总部HR各模块工作内容 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 有1-3年人事管理工作经验；
- 预算投产管理经验优先
