## Job description

岗位职责
- 现有常州地区非寿销售渠道的维护；
- 对代理人进行各类产品培训、展业辅导；
- 对机构进行各类形式的日常沟通、业务有效追踪、关系维护等；
- 各类客户的新保、续保服务，以及销售相关运营、系统类问题处理；
- 微信群建设、各类线上平台运维、以及各类方案的制作和追踪。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至大专学历；
- 熟悉中介和个代市场，自身有一定人力和业务资源优先；
- 有产险、寿险或者普惠金融的相关经历优先。
