## Job description

岗位职责 (1)负责各类业务数据追踪，完成月度检视/季度报告。 (2)合规和行为规范的宣导检查等。 (3)负责中心内营业部架构的新增、裂变、撤销规划，向上级部门报备申请流程，维护本中心组织架构。 (4)公司交办的其它工作事项。 任职资格 (1) 全日制本科或以上学历双证。 (2) 拥有1年或以上金融行业从业经历，1年以上金融保险机构行政工作者优先。 (3) 工作积极主动、耐心细致、责任心强，具备较强的逻辑思维。 (4) 具有较强的沟通协调及表达能力、组织策划能力、优秀的口头及书面表达能力。 (5) 品行端正，无不良行为记录。 (6) 公司规定的其它素质条件。
