## Job description

岗位职责
- 基于公司存续客户保单，通过电话、网络、移动互联一体化的远程经营平台，与客户建立沟通与联络，完成保单续期经营工作；
- 负责客户异议处理，准确、详细记录客户诉求；
- 伴随公司业务的快速发展，参与新项目的测试，完成业务模式转变或业务规模提升工作；
- 接受完善的新人业务系统培训，迅速完成业务技能提升，通过培训考试与技能通关后顺利上线。（无须外访客户，非保险代理人，属于公司正式合同员工，签订劳动合同） 任职资格
- 大专（含）以上学历；
- 普通话标准，善于表达；
- 个性开朗、反应敏捷，具有较强的事业心与上进心；
- 喜欢创新，能够承受压力、勇于挑战高薪；
- 有相关客户联络中心、金融、保险类从业经验者优先。
