## Job description

岗位职责
- 上门客户柜面服务接待，执行公司规定的服务礼仪，保单批改等业务。
- 落实公司柜面服务标准化工作要求，定期检查柜面服务大厅便民服务设施情况，及时反馈处理；
- 根据年度消费者教育宣传方案和监管消费者教育宣传活动要求，配合开展常态化和集中化教育宣传活动，丰富宣传方式；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，金融、保险等相关专业； 2.工作认真负责，服从安排，具有较强的沟通协调能力。
