## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动内外各渠道开展代发及公私联动业务，批量获取优质客户；通过渠道经营、培训、营销活动、陪访沟通等方式，线上线下相结合达成业绩指标、完成考核。
- 负责团队业务发展规划；完成团队各项行为管理、质量管理业绩管理工作；推动业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队的营销活动达成团队的销售任务。
- 负责团队人力发展规划；推动所辖团队建设、人才培养和内外部协调沟通；组织所辖团队的产品、技能、政策培训；实现团队的有效增员。
- 遵守各项法律、法规、制度，落实合规及风险管理工作要求，严格控制风险，确保代发及公私联动业务健康发展。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历。

### 从业经验
- 有同业相关岗位工作经验者优先，原则上不少于一年银行工作经验。

### 素质要求
- 服务意识及营销能力强；积极进取、目标导向、纪律及合规意识强；具备较好的抗压能力、沟通及表达能力、具有良好的团队协作意识与态度。
